Documents, and how to get them
The detail behind this site lives in documents rather than web pages, because that is where it can carry its method, its dates and its limits. Each of these is released on request so that we know who has which version, and so that we can tell you when one is superseded.
Product documentation
Lone Worker Safety datasheet
The check-in engine screen by screen, the three ways a check-in can be required, what happens when one is missed, the privacy model, and the decisions a site settles before go-live.

Pilot Deployment Pack
How a pilot is scoped, staged and evidenced, including what is demonstrated before you rely on it and what is stated in writing as not yet in place.
Request this document →Clinical safety documentation
The hazard register and the safety assessment, for your own clinical governance to review. Signed by a named Clinical Safety Officer rather than approved by a process.
Request this document →Security and assurance pack
Isolation model, audit and break-glass behaviour, key handling, and the control expectations the architecture is built to satisfy. Certification status is provided per deployment.
Request this document →Scoping and sizing
Work out the server and the shape your estate needs before you talk to anybody, using the same model we use.
Open the calculator →Documents are released rather than posted so that versions can be tracked. Ask for one and you will be told which version you have and what changed in it. If a document you need is not listed, ask anyway.

Tell us which one and what you are evaluating, and we will send the current version with its date on it.
