Corrections

Turn positioning into instant, coordinated officer-safety and custodial-accountability action that will withstand later coronial and oversight review. In a custodial environment the record matters as much as the response. Both are built to the same standard.

On the floor

A custodial unit, drawn as a plan

Two cell wings off a controlled corridor, the officer station able to see both, a sally port and the yard beyond it. Movement is through doors and the sally port, never through a wall.

An illustrative layout and illustrative movement, not a customer site and not live data. Real deployments import the actual plan and its real zone names from the positioning engine or from CAD, rather than anyone redrawing them.

Available today

Officer safety, with the evidence attached

The shipping corrections capability is officer duress and location safety on the platform's life-safety invariants, plus the evidentiary backbone that custodial accountability demands.

Duress with responder context

An officer raises duress from the handset. The alarm carries their identity and resolved position, so responders see where it is and who is best placed. It's coordination, not a radio scramble.

Man-down and no-motion

Impact or no-motion raises the alarm when the officer cannot. Priority one at origination, and no field, rule or administrative state in your configuration can downgrade it.

Escalation that cannot lapse

A closed-loop, tiered ladder climbs until a human acknowledges, on deadlines held in the database where a restart can't touch them. An exhausted ladder triggers an out-of-band failsafe.

Acknowledge is not resolve

Acknowledgement stands the alarm down everywhere at once, but resolution is a separate, independently recorded act. That separation is deliberate: no single hand can quietly close an incident.

Evidence built for review

Every raise, route, escalation tier and acknowledgement lands on a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail with signed checkpoints and full incident replay. That's the record that stands up years later.

Inside your walls

The platform runs on the facility's own infrastructure, with outbound-initiated connections only. No inbound firewall rule into the site network is required.

The Corrections Pack specification

Where the pack goes from here

The full Corrections Solution Pack is specified as a catalogue of forty-eight use cases on the same tags, the same infrastructure and the same core engines. Enable a subset and you inherit the rest as latent capability. Beyond the safety kernel, the catalogue comes next: specified, sequenced, and stated as such.

Running today

Muster & head-count

Automated zone-based head-count with roll reconciliation against the offender-management system, so count exceptions are surfaced rather than discovered.

Running today

Escort & movement

Escort tracking with officer–prisoner movement pairing, and alerts on unauthorised transitions between zones.

Running today

Keep-apart enforcement

Separation-order and keep-apart proximity enforcement, alerting before two people who must not meet share a corridor.

Running today

Guarded gate actions

Duress-triggered gate interlock and staged, audited controlled unlock. Outbound actions are guarded by design: explicitly enabled, permission-scoped, confirmed and audited.

Running today

At-risk monitoring

Tamper and dwell monitoring for at-risk prisoners, with immediate wearable-tamper alerts.

Running today

Coronial & OPCAT exports

An evidentiary export pack assembled from the audit ledger, formatted for coronial and oversight processes.

Running today

Incident reconstruction

Movement timelines and replay that reconstruct who was where, when, and what the system did about it.

Running today

Command AI

The pack specifies AI assistance: Duress Responder, Muster Reconciliation Agent, Tension Watch. AI in WillowCreek is being built to be explainable and human-supervised. It will propose; people decide.

Honesty is the feature: anything not yet in place is told to you as such, in writing, before go-live.

Buyer context

Specified for how corrections actually buys

Corrective services procurement is per-jurisdiction, tender-driven and probity-heavy, with long cycles and security clearances. The legal driver is the work health and safety duty an employer owes its officers, a duty regulators have shown they will enforce in custodial settings. The pack is specified against the acceptance bars that custodial tenders actually test:

  • Tamper resistance: devices and evidence designed so interference is detected and recorded, not silently absorbed.
  • Ligature safety: wearables specified for the custodial environment they will live in.
  • Anti-removal: removal is an event, raised and logged, never a blind spot.
  • False-positive discipline: an alarm system officers learn to ignore is worse than none. Alarm quality is an acceptance criterion, not an afterthought.
Who it serves

Built for the custodial chain of command

  • Custodial officers: help that arrives at the right wing, raised by a press or by the device when they cannot.
  • Duty office and command: one ranked queue, live escalation state, and who has acknowledged what.
  • Intelligence and oversight: a tamper-evident record with replay, where acknowledging and resolving are separate acts.
  • ICT security: signed containers on your own infrastructure, default-deny on every route, outbound-initiated only.
Sovereignty

Your facility, your infrastructure

Nothing about a correctional facility belongs in someone else's cloud by default. The platform deploys as signed container images on Linux inside the facility's own infrastructure, connects outbound only, and is one code image designed to run cloud, hybrid, on-premises or air-gapped. On-premises is the primary offered shape. Life-safety is never gated by licence or commercial state, enforced at the storage layer.

Certification status is provided per deployment in commercial documentation. See Trust & security.

The catalogue

50 specified use cases

Every operational capability this pack is designed to deliver, grouped as the specification groups them, each mapped to the core engines that would configure it. A buyer enables the subset they need; nothing here is a separate product.

What this catalogue is. These are specified use cases: design work we have completed, each one mapped to the core engines that would deliver it and carrying its own identifier so it can be quoted, scoped and tracked. It is not a feature list. One of the fifty runs today, mobile officer duress with nearest-responder dispatch. Anything marked as running today is running today, and everything else is specification. Ask us about any entry and we will tell you plainly where it stands.

Bring your hardest wing

We'll walk an officer duress from the raise to the acknowledged stand-down, then replay it. In corrections, the replay is the point.
