Running today

Manufacturing

Turn shop-floor positioning into coordinated action, so flow, tooling, safety and evacuation run on a live operational picture rather than on radios, spreadsheets and hunting. The pack is fully specified, and it builds out on the same core that ships today.

On the floor

Shop floor, cells and tool crib, live

A schematic of a shop floor, cells and tool crib, with tags moving through it. People, assets and safety devices are all the same kind of tracked entity to the platform, differing in the rules attached to them rather than in the mechanism. Watch a safety device long enough and you will see one raise.

An illustrative layout and illustrative movement. Not a customer site, not live data, and not a claim about any particular deployment. Zone names are the vocabulary this industry already uses, which is exactly what the platform is configured with.

Available today

What the platform brings to a plant now

The part that ships today is the life-safety kernel: duress, man-down, lone worker, closed-loop escalation and evidence. It runs on your infrastructure and attaches to the tags, buttons and handsets you choose, through adapters that are never metered.

Duress and man-down on the floor

An operator raises duress from a wearable or a handset, or a man-down event fires in a noisy cell where a shout will not carry. The event is priority one at origination, arrives with the resolved zone attached, and nothing in your configuration can downgrade it.

Lone and after-hours workers, supervised

Check-in schedules with overdue escalation cover the maintenance fitter alone on night shift. The escalation ladder is closed-loop and cannot silently lapse. Deadlines live in the database, so a restart resumes the climb at the right tier.

Evidence for the incident review

Every raise, route, escalation tier and acknowledgement lands on a tamper-evident audit trail with replay, including the exact configuration that fired. The record a WHS review gets is the record, not a reconstruction.

The Manufacturing Pack specification

What the pack catalogue specifies

The Manufacturing Solution Pack is specified as a full catalogue of use cases on the same tags, the same infrastructure and the same core engines. A plant enables a subset and inherits the rest as latent capability. The catalogue is specification rather than shipped software, and every entry below says so.

Running today

WIP & work-order flow

Work-in-progress tracked against work orders, with dwell, stall and bottleneck detection by cell and line.

Running today

Kanban & replenishment

Kanban and tote replenishment triggered by where material actually is, not where the spreadsheet says it is.

Running today

Tooling & gauge control

Tool and fixture search, calibration status and gauge control, and die and press-set location across the plant.

Running today

Machine utilisation

Utilisation and idle time from proximity and movement: the honest picture of where capacity actually goes.

Running today

Andon & assist-call

Assist-call from a workstation routed to the best-placed responder, with response time measured.

Running today

Forklift, AGV & pedestrian safety

Forklift-to-pedestrian proximity and near-miss analytics, and AGV and AMR interaction awareness in shared aisles.

Running today

LOTO & robot-cell presence

Lockout-tagout presence verification and robot-cell interlock presence awareness. Who is inside the boundary, as evidence.

Running today

Permit-controlled zones

Hot-work permit zone control and confined-space entry safety, with entries and exits recorded against the permit.

Running today

Quality-hold containment

Non-conforming material tracked under quality hold, so a contained batch stays contained.

Running today

Muster, dashboards & AI agents

Evacuation muster and headcount, Line & Cell Status and WIP Flow dashboards, plus AI assistance: Bottleneck Agent, Asset-Search Agent, Traffic-Interaction Agent. AI in WillowCreek is being built to be explainable and human-supervised. It will propose; people decide.

Honesty is the feature: anything not yet in place is told to you as such, in writing, before go-live.

Outcomes

What the pack is specified to measure

Every measure below is defined in the pack specification, and every dashboard that reports it is specified to state its own limits. We publish no benchmark figures. Your numbers will be yours.

  • WIP dwell and stall rate: by cell, line and shift, with bottlenecks named.
  • Search-time saved: tools, fixtures and dies found by asking, not walking.
  • Andon response time: from assist-call to responder at the workstation.
  • Vehicle–pedestrian interaction rate: proximity events and near-miss hotspots by aisle.
  • Lone-worker compliance: check-in completion and overdue-escalation frequency.
  • Muster completion time: from declaration to every person accounted for.
Who it serves

Built for the people on the floor

  • Operators and fitters: help in a loud cell without reaching a phone.
  • Shift supervisors: one live picture of flow, tooling and people instead of a radio round-robin.
  • WHS managers: near-miss evidence and permit-zone records that survive scrutiny.
  • Maintenance and engineering: tools and gauges findable, calibration status visible.
  • Plant ICT and OT engineering: signed containers on your own infrastructure, adapters instead of rip-and-replace, never metered.
Governance

Built for the duties a plant carries

The pack is specified against the obligations manufacturers actually manage under the model WHS laws: the duty owed to lone and remote workers, isolation and lockout-tagout discipline, confined-space and hot-work permit regimes, and traffic management where powered mobile plant and pedestrians share the floor. Certified machine safeguarding remains the source of truth for its domain. The pack is specified to add presence awareness and evidence above it, never to replace an engineered control.

Control expectations the architecture is built to satisfy, never certifications held. Certification status is provided per deployment. See Trust & security.

The catalogue

50 specified use cases

Every operational capability this pack is designed to deliver, grouped as the specification groups them, each mapped to the core engines that would configure it. A buyer enables the subset they need; nothing here is a separate product.

What this catalogue is. These are specified use cases: design work we have completed, each one mapped to the core engines that would deliver it and carrying its own identifier so it can be quoted, scoped and tracked. It is not a feature list. No use case in this catalogue runs today. The duress and location core beneath it does, and it is the same core every pack configures. Anything marked as running today is running today, and everything else is specification. Ask us about any entry and we will tell you plainly where it stands.
