Distribution yard and cross-dock, live

What the platform brings to a yard now
The pack catalogue is specification. The life-safety runtime underneath it is not. It's the same kernel deployed in healthcare, and it applies to every yard, gatehouse and dock.
Duress for drivers and yard workers
A driver walking an unlit yard at 3am. A spotter alone on the far dock. Duress from the tag or the handset is priority one at origination, with man-down and lone-worker supervision on the same kernel. Nothing in configuration can downgrade it, and life-safety is never gated by licence or billing state.
Escalation and evidence
A closed-loop, tiered ladder climbs until a human acknowledges. Acknowledgement stands the alarm down everywhere at once, and an exhausted ladder triggers an out-of-band failsafe. Every step lands on a tamper-evident audit trail with replay, the record you put in front of a Chain of Responsibility review.
The hardware you already run
Duress tags, fixed buttons, positioning engines, handsets and security panels attach through adapters that are first-class, health-checked and never metered. The architecture is vendor-agnostic; every technology normalises to one canonical fix. No rip-and-replace.

The full pack is specified as a catalogue of use cases on the same tags, the same infrastructure and the same core engines. Enable a subset and you inherit the rest as latent capability. Everything below is specification, sequenced for delivery and stated as such.

Every trailer resolved to its bay and row. It's the end of "search and wait" as an operating model.
Trailer dwell & ageing
Dwell against target by carrier and lane, with ageing trailers surfaced before they become disputes.
Gate check-in & appointment match
Automated check-in matched to the booking, so the gate queue moves on data rather than paperwork.
Dock-door assignment
A live dock status board, with door assignment made on arrival rather than argued over the radio.
Detention alerting
Loads approaching detention thresholds flagged while there is still time to act, feeding turnaround optimisation.
Reefer temperature excursion
Cold-chain excursion alerting on refrigerated trailers, with the time-stamped record HACCP evidence demands.
Consignment chain-of-custody
Handoff verification across the hub: who held the consignment, where, and when it changed hands.
Seal integrity & tamper
Seal-state monitoring with tamper detection raised as an event, not discovered at the receiving dock.
MHE location & utilisation
Forklifts and tugs located and measured, so the fleet is sized on usage rather than habit.
Vehicle–pedestrian proximity
Proximity warning between heavy vehicles, MHE and people on foot in shared yard space.
Dangerous-goods segregation
Segregation alerting when incompatible dangerous-goods classes end up too close in the yard or on the dock.
Yard dashboards & copilots
The pack specifies Yard Command, Dock & Gate and Cold Chain dashboards, plus AI assistance: Yard Optimiser, Dwell Watch, Cold-Chain Sentinel. AI in WillowCreek is being built to be explainable and human-supervised. It will propose; people decide.

Specified against the duties you carry
The pack is specified against the obligations transport operators actually answer to: Chain of Responsibility duties under the Heavy Vehicle National Law, HACCP and the Food Standards Code for temperature-controlled freight, dangerous-goods segregation rules, and customs and bonded-area controls. Where the requirement is evidence, the platform's tamper-evident, replayable audit trail is real today; the logistics workflows above it are specification, and stated as such.
