What the platform brings to a campus now
The life-safety kernel ships today: duress, man-down, lone worker, closed-loop escalation and evidence. It runs on the school's own infrastructure, attached to hardware chosen with the school.
Duress for staff, without drama
A teacher presses a wearable or a fixed point discreetly. The event is priority one at origination, carries the resolved zone, and nothing in your configuration can downgrade it. No shouting, no dialling, no leaving the room.
Yard duty and after-hours, supervised
Lone-worker check-in with overdue escalation and man-down detection cover the staff member on yard duty at the far oval or working alone in the holidays. A missed check-in is chased by the platform, on a schedule held in the database that a restart cannot lose.
Evidence for the review
Every raise, route, escalation tier and acknowledgement lands on a tamper-evident audit trail with replay. It's the record a school council, a department or an insurer can rely on, including the exact configuration that fired.
Designed child-safe first: student location is minimised and zone-level by default. Which room or muster point, never a dot trailing a child around the yard. There is no persistent profiling of students, and the pack's specified AI agents perform none. Every access to personal information is audited, and purpose limitation is off by default.
What the pack catalogue specifies
The Education Solution Pack is specified as a full catalogue of use cases on the same tags, the same infrastructure and the same core engines. A campus enables a subset and inherits the rest as latent capability. The catalogue is specification rather than shipped software, and every entry below says so.

AI in WillowCreek is being built to be explainable and human-supervised. It will propose; people decide.

The pack is specified against the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, state child-safe standards and Reportable Conduct schemes, alongside the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. The design position is stated plainly: location minimised and zone-level by default, no persistent profiling of students, every access audited, and erasure refused-with-reason only where safety evidence must stand, with the refusal itself recorded and disclosable.

It is not a feature list. No use case in this catalogue runs today. The duress and location core beneath it does, and it is the same core every pack configures.
